Order Changes
Last week I photographed a senior boy on Monday & did the slideshow on Tuesday (it was the week of Thanksgiving).
Mom had family coming in the holiday and wanted to know if I could rush the DVD so the entire family could see the image.. SURE, I’,m a nice guy and she is a GREAT lady.
Guess what email I get today?
“I would like to change the wall portrait image. Is it too late?”
Of course it is. I enter orders quickly and let my clients know this.
No big deal BUT, one thing I try to never do is give a DVD slideshow early or print out thumbnails for my clients. Change orders are COMING if you do that.
Tread carefully.
