Office Closed???

Is your office closed til January 3rd?
Does your email have a auto reply box like this?
“Thank you for contacting XYZ Photography. The office is currently closed for the holidays break. We will reopen on January 3rd.
If you have an urgent question, please leave a message at 940-555-1212. Otherwise your e-mail will be returned the first week in January.
Thank you!”
If you do, are you losing business? Do you care? Sure, we all need a deserved break over the holidays.
If you DO need a break, I would consider not having a message like this one though. I would promise to answer their email within 1-2 business days. It might be worth your effort to check your email over the holidays.
I book several sessions JUST because I return email quickly or answer my phone most of the time.
Something to think about.
I could be wrong.

What Two Members Said…
"George, I just wanted to let you know I subscribed to your photography training site a little less than a week ago, (I'm almost half-way through your previous videos) and after watching them, I had the girl I hired watch them.
After watching the very first sales video (1 VIDEO!) She increased her first sale by $400 by selling a large wall portrait! Thanks so much for this site and it has already paid for itself many times over.
Dena Howard"
"George, Your photography training site has helped me to get my first $1800 sale from a family session.
I used to do the online gallery and with your help, I changed my pricing, added albums, make suggestions for wall collections and go to the clients house for the preview session.
Kim Ortiz "

I completely agree, with returning emails and phone calls quickly, the biggest pain is playing phone tag or email tag. But more than that is when you’re super busy and tending to clients coming and going and everything else that a day brings its easy to get behind on phone calls and emails.
