Sharon, there IS a line BOTH ways... be you but be aware that all decisions have a perception you should be aware of.

Good stuff, George. That bit about seeing my messy office really hit home! :) Wondering your thoughts about the quality of items from kind of a reverse stand point ... what do you think the perception is if your watch, car, etc is more expensive than lots of your clients? When I'm in that situation I wonder if they overcharge for things or if they take their business seriously because it doesn't look like they need the money. Of course, presenting themselves professionally offsets some of that, but the thoughts do run through my mind. Do you think it could happen to us a photographers, too?

@Kelly Fry:

Kelly, thanks!

White Balance = flash

It works even with a kiss of light. The LIGHTER the kiss though, the less effective.

This is about as clear of explanation of OCF as I've ever seen! Thanks for the inspiration. I do have a question, though, ridiculous as it may be. How do you set your white balance for this? Flash, Shade, Auto?????? It seems that flash would be appropriate if going with full power but not if just giving a "kiss" of light.......thoughts?

Good Morning George,
  I'm having trouble visualizing what the finished product looks like. Can you post a pic of what the album looks like when it's open?

                                 Thanks,  Jim

@Andrea Touchet:

I RARELY shoot at ISO 100 when outside.. I am normally about ISO 400 to get a faster shutter speed PLUS I use a Image Stabilization lens.

@Sonya Tedder:

I guess it depends on your camera but not in my case at all on any camera I have used.

And one more thing, Mr. George, do you always shoot at 100 ISO? And without using a tripod, do you sometimes get pictures that are slightly blurry? I have always been told to use a tripod when shooting with an ISO at 100. Thanks!
